Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 shipping fee
  • Express Delivery: ₹199 (1-3 business days, available in metro cities)

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order anytime by clicking the link in the email or contacting our customer support.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available on orders up to ₹3,000
  • Additional COD charges of ₹49 may apply
  • Available across most pin codes in India
  • Photo ID may be required at delivery for orders above ₹2,000

Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Easy Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and pouches must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • A clear photo of the item must be shared while raising the request

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items on clearance or final sale
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Items with visible damage caused by mishandling

How to Request a Return

  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back (free pickup for defective items)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund is processed

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection & Approval: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Refund to Card/UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Refund to Wallet: 1-2 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunded to a bank account you provide

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or design? We're happy to exchange your item once within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.
